Recruitment Consultant - Manufacturing & Engineering

Are you an ambitious recruiter looking for your next challenge? Or perhaps you've got experience in another sector and want to break into the thriving engineering & manufacturing market in Scotland?

Major Recruitment are growing with a strong presence within the Scottish engineering sector, and we are looking to add an experienced Recruitment Consultant to our Engineering Division, based in Livingston focusing on permanent recruitment solutions to existing and new clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building and developing relationships with engineering & manufacturing businesses across Scotland
• Managing the full recruitment process, from candidate sourcing and screening to client delivery
• Proactively generating new business opportunities and growing your client base
• Developing a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates within the engineering sector
• Working closely with clients to understand their business needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as a recruitment consultant (any sector considered)
• Strong business development skills and the confidence to win new clients
• A genuine interest in the engineering & manufacturing industry (full training provided if you're new to the sector)
• Resilient, proactive, and target-driven personality
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships
