Roles Available:
360 Recruitment Consultant:
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare or similar industries preferred).
- Confident managing the full 360 recruitment process - from business development to placement.
- Must be living in Sydney with Full work rights.
We’re seeking recruiters across all desk types:
- Temp & Contract Billers: fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiters who love the challenge of quick turnarounds, and focused on delivering activity.
- Permanent Billers: strategic consultants who enjoy building long-term partnerships and placing exceptional talent quarter to quarter.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet personal and team KPIs across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all activity within our CRM.
- Handle client and candidate queries with professionalism and care.
- Source and engage top-tier healthcare professionals across our specialist divisions.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, interviewing, and generating offers.
- Partner with our Central Compliance team to ensure all placements meet quality and regulatory standards.
- Conduct regular Candidate Care calls to gather feedback and strengthen relationships.
- Adhere to company policies and client-specific compliance requirements.
