Job description

Are you passionate about connecting people with the right opportunities? We’re looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant, working across a 180 desk focusing on candidate resourcing for a busy blue-collar/ labour hire business in Sydney's South-West.

Responsibilities

Source, screen, and interview candidates for trades positions, such as Mechanical Fitter, Electricians, Boilermakers and Welders
Maintain a ready pool of skilled workers to meet urgent client needs.
Build strong, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients.
Ensure every candidate has a positive, professional recruitment experience.

Requirements

Ideally have demonstrated experience within a similar role, working either 180 or 360 desk across Trades
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Excellent organisational skills to manage high-volume recruitment.
Resilience, initiative, and a proactive approach in a fast-moving environment.
Great work ethic and ability to work in a team environment
