About the Role As a 360 Recruitment Consultant, you’ll manage a growing desk in the Sydney Early Childhood sector, building strong relationships while delivering end-to-end recruitment solutions.

You will:
  • Partner with services to understand staffing needs and deliver quality placements
  • Source, screen, place, and manage educators
  • Build trusted relationships with educators and clients
  • Manage job ads, pipelines, rosters, and accounts
  • Collaborate with your team to hit targets and celebrate success
About You
Recruitment experience is a plus but not essential - we’re looking for energetic, motivated people who love working with others.

You’ll bring:
  • Experience or interest in sales, customer service, recruitment, or business development
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • A proactive, goal-driven mindset
  • Ability to work rotating shifts (across the hours of 6:30am-6:30pm)
  • Full ongoing Australian working rights, valid driver’s licence, and willingness to obtain a Volunteer WWCC
