Recruitment Consultant

We’re excited to be partnering with a well-established business in the earthmoving and equipment hire industry, supporting major projects across mining and civil construction. They’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join their team.

In this role, your main focus will be recruiting for trade roless, specifically fitters – diesel fitters, mechanical fitters, and heavy equipment specialists – who keep fleets running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing:

• End-to-end recruitment with a strong focus on diesel and mechanical fitters
• Building long-term relationships with trades professionals and hiring managers
• Developing pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs
• Partnering with the business on workforce planning
