As a Recruitment Consultant at CY, you are the driving force behind finding the best talents for our partners. You are responsible for the entire recruitment process: from identifying and approaching candidates to matching them with the right job openings and maintaining strong relationships with both candidates and clients. In this versatile role, you ensure an excellent candidate experience and support our clients in their growth.

• Actively searching and approaching potential candidates via the latest tools.
• Managing the entire recruitment process, from first contact to onboarding.
• Bulding and maintaining a strong network of candidates.
• Conducting qualification interviews and evaluating candidates.
• Working with clients to understand their recruitment needs and finding the right candidates.
• Maintaining close contacts with various departments for optimal client satisfaction.
• Participating in training to further develop your skills.
• Contributing to a positive and motivating team atmosphere.

• A completed HBO degree.
• Strong communication skills.
• The ability to work both independently and in a team.
• Experience and/or affinity with recruitment or a comparable role is a plus.
• You live in Groningen.
