Recruitment Consultant – Building Services

Our client is a leading construction and built environment recruitment agency, based in Shoreditch, London. They work with some of the UK’s most recognised names in the construction, fit-out, M&E contracting, building services, and data centre sectors, supplying both permanent and contract staff.

The Role – Recruitment Consultant

You will be working within a specialist desk covering one of the following areas:

• Construction Recruitment
• Fit-Out & Refurbishment Recruitment
• Building Services Design Recruitment
• M&E Contracting Recruitment
• Data Centre Recruitment

Responsibilities:

• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle (permanent and/or contract roles)
• Developing relationships with construction and built environment clients
• Sourcing skilled candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking and headhunting
• Negotiating offers and securing placements
• Achieving revenue targets with no-threshold, high-percentage commission
