Recruitment Consultant

Who are we Antal International is an international recruitment company specializing in searching and selecting qualified profiles. For our Milan office (Piazzale Cadorna), we are expanding the team dedicated to technology projects. The role We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with previous experience in recruiting, who will be responsible for research and selection for clients operating in the ICT sector and for the placement of professional figures in the IT field. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational skills. He/She will also have the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of professionalism and discretion. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a thorough understanding of the recruitment process, including job analysis, candidate sourcing, and interview techniques. He/She will also have experience in using recruitment software and databases. The role is full-time and based in Milan. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
