Driver Hire Inverness is looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team for a 12-month maternity cover, with the possibility of becoming permanent.

What we’re looking for -

Energy, enthusiasm and a positive attitude
Strong computer skills and a confident telephone manner
Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly
Excellent communication and people skills
Team player
Sales experience is helpful but not essential (training provided)

Role responsibilities -

Recruiting, interviewing and registering candidates
Updating candidate information across systems
Handling calls from clients and candidates
Allocating drivers to shifts
Outbound sales calls and client visits

Working environment -

You’ll join a close-knit, busy office where priorities change quickly, so flexibility and being calm under pressure are key.
As Driver Hire operates 24/7, you will also be part of the on-call rota. This involves taking calls and dealing with issues from home out with office hours.

Salary -

£26,500 base
Performance-related bonus
OTE £30,000+
