About the Role Note: Previous Business Development in the Recruitment industry is necessary for this role We are seeking an experienced Business Development Recruiter with strong expertise in IT recruitment and business development to design and execute our global client acquisition strategy. This is a commercially driven role where your primary responsibility is to generate new business , establish strong pipelines , and manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to presentation and close. You will be responsible for: * Identifying and developing new business opportunities. * Generating leads and building a strong client pipeline. * Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. * Developing and implementing business development strategies. * Managing the full sales cycle, including client presentations and negotiations. * Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. * Collaborating with recruitment teams to ensure successful placement of candidates. * Meeting and exceeding sales targets. * Staying up-to-date on industry trends and market conditions.
