Recruitment Advisor - Mining Trades & Maintenance

KCA Site Services is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to take ownership of our Trades & Maintenance recruitment portfolio. If you're a seasoned mining recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment—and wants the freedom to focus on pure recruiting without juggling mobilisation or heavy BD, this role gives you exactly that. About the Role You’ll take the lead on sourcing, assessing, and placing skilled personnel across mining maintenance and blue-collar trades. You will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to meet business needs, building relationships with clients and candidates, and ensuring a high level of candidate satisfaction.
