We started as a Unified Inbox – a central place for all communication channels such as WhatsApp, email, SMS, or Instagram. With the rise of ChatGPT, our next chapter began: AI Agents that communicate via chat, email, and voice with a quality that can compete with the best human teams.

Today, we are a team of around 100 employees, are profitable, and have raised a total of 18 million euros in funding (our last funding round was 4.5 years ago – since then, we have continued to grow under our own power).

Our headquarters are in Berlin.

As a Recruiting Working Student (m/f/d) at Superchat, you will be part of our unique team and contribute significantly to our growth. Together with us, you will find top talent for Superchat, learn new talent acquisition strategies, and gain insight into a wide range of HR topics. We are looking for you if you are available immediately for at least 3 months and can work on-site at our Berlin office.

Who We Want

Strong in both languages.
You have very good German and English skills and can communicate professionally with candidates and internal stakeholders in both languages.

First contact with Active Sourcing.
Ideally, you already have initial experience in active sourcing and have worked with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter or similar – you don't have to be an expert, but you know how to set up a search and approach candidates.

Currently studying.
You are enrolled at a university and are looking for a working student position that truly challenges you – not a side job, but a place where you can learn something.

Proactive and organized.
You don't wait for instructions, but recognize what needs to be done next. You juggle multiple open roles simultaneously without anything falling by the wayside.

Willing to learn across roles.
You are motivated to familiarize yourself with a wide variety of open roles – from Sales to Engineering – and find it exciting to understand what we are actually looking for in each position.

Sees Active Sourcing as a chore.
You consider active sourcing a side task rather than the core of the role and would rather only process incoming applications.

Needs a finished playbook.
You require strict guidelines and a fully defined process to be productive, rather than creating structure yourself.

Prefers to stay in their comfort zone.
You are reluctant to step out of your shell – for example, when approaching new candidates or when you have to familiarize yourself with an unfamiliar role.

Waits for instructions.
You prefer to execute what you are told instead of thinking proactively and driving topics forward yourself.

Wants to limit themselves to one area.
You only want to deal with one type of role or department, rather than thinking about diverse profiles.

Your Day To Day

• You independently take on active sourcing and outreach for various open roles – using LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, testing different communication methods, and ensuring our pipelines remain filled with strong candidates.
• You work on multiple open roles simultaneously, switching between different teams and requirement profiles without losing track.
• You connect practical AI and automation knowledge with the recruiting process, bringing fresh ideas on how we can become more efficient.
• You will gain insight into a wide range of HR topics by independently conducting screening calls after active sourcing, managing applicant tracking, and supporting candidates until contract signing.

Stakeholders

Candidates: your daily contact – from initial outreach through interviews to the hiring process and contract.
HR Team: works with you on projects and new ideas to further build and improve our recruiting process.
Various Departments at Superchat: depending on the open role, your sparring partner to truly understand the requirements of the respective position.
