Your tasks: Together with the departments, you will fill demanding positions from the first briefing to the contract signature. You will independently steer the entire recruiting process. With creative ideas and modern tools, you will develop target-group-specific search strategies. You will ensure a consistently positive candidate experience from the initial contact to onboarding.
