HR Consulting Maria Herrmann is specialized in placing professionals and executives in the healthcare sector.

Our client is a very successful, nationwide operating company in the healthcare industry.

Due to strong company growth, we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist for permanent employment. Gender does not play a role.

Tasks

• Creation of job profiles
• Candidate search through all channels
• Direct contact with potential applicants
• Conducting interviews
• Tight cooperation with department heads
• Preparation of recruiting key figures

Qualification

• Multiple years of professional experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, ideally in a consulting or strategically oriented role
• Able to understand and actively shape recruiting as a business partner for departments
• Steering and further development of the recruiting processes in close cooperation with departments
• Experience in direct contact with candidates
• Experience in conducting interviews
• Experience in the healthcare sector or a comparable complex organizational environment
• Strategic consulting for executives based on market knowledge, target group analyses, and data-based decision-making grounds
