Recruiting Specialist - Operations & Supply Chain (m/f/d)

Our client is an established company in the field of freight and warehousing solutions, optimizing processes related to goods transport and distribution.

As an Operations Recruiter, you actively shape how a company grows – because without the right people on board, every growth strategy remains just theory. You are the interface between specialist departments and talents, understand operational challenges in detail, and find precisely the personalities who will drive this area forward. Not off-the-shelf recruiting, but a genuine understanding of processes, teams, and people.

Responsibilities

• With a clear focus on blue-collar employees, you will manage and take responsibility for the entire recruiting process up to successful placement.
• In close cooperation with the employment agency, you will plan and lead applicant days and selection procedures on-site.
• You will proactively approach potential candidates through various channels and maintain the applicant database.
• To efficiently pre-qualify and select suitable applicants – both blue-collar and white-collar – you will organize and conduct structured interviews.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders, personnel service providers, and the employer branding team.
• To ensure smooth and scalable project setup, you will analyze recruiting metrics and continuously optimize processes.

Qualifications

• You have completed a degree in Business Administration (BWL), Economics, Business Psychology, or a comparable commercial apprenticeship.
• You have sound experience in recruiting.
• Ideally, you also have knowledge of the regional labor market in Supply Chain.
• Strong communication skills and organizational talent, as well as a structured, independent way of working, characterize you.
• You are linguistically convincing with very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
