We are a global leader in Travel Retail and operate a variety of different F&B and Travel Retail concepts at 3 locations in Austria, including own brands as well as franchise concepts.

As a Recruiting Specialist, you will manage recruiting for our Austrian locations from our Vienna Airport site and work closely with the respective managers.

Do you want to manage recruiting independently and accompany the entire process from job posting to filling the position?

• Independent management of the entire recruiting process from job posting to successful filling of the position
• Close coordination with our managers regarding personnel needs, requirement profiles, and suitable recruiting measures.
• Conducting interviews for positions at the Vienna location and coordinating recruiting processes for our other locations
• Close collaboration with specialist departments in personnel planning
• Representing our company at career and recruiting events
• Ensuring a professional and appreciative candidate experience
• Contributing to and further developing our onboarding and offboarding processes

• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally in gastronomy, hotel industry, retail, or a comparable service industry
• Strong communication skills, confident demeanor, and a good feel for different personalities
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German and English skills; further language skills are an advantage
• Openness, empathy, and joy in working with people from different cultures and backgrounds
