Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Recruiting Specialist (m/w/d) for our Head Office in Hamburg to start as soon as possible.

Tasks

• Self-contained control of the entire recruiting process (End-to-End)
• Active sourcing for the best healthcare candidates (m/w/d) through networks like LinkedIn or other relevant portals and websites
• Preliminary selection of applications, as well as conducting phone and video interviews
• Maintenance of candidate pools and further development of the applicant management system
• BUILDING AND STRENGTHENING THE EMPLOYER BRANDING OF EMTALON
• Participation in recruiting events, trade fairs, and career days
• Creation and publication of job postings on relevant channels

Qualification

• Degree or comparable training, ideally with a focus on Recruiting/HR
• First to several years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or Active Sourcing
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor
• Structured, self-reliant, and goal-oriented work style
• Very good German language skills
• Knowledge about the healthcare sector or recruiting doctors would be an advantage
