As a versatile talent in recruiting, you ensure the sustainable growth of our teams and fill challenging positions in the IT sector, project management, and central business functions. You act as a strategic partner for our executives and accompany talents partnership-style from their first approach to their successful start. The position is to be filled by October 1, 2026.

Aufgaben

• End-to-End-Recruiting: You steer the recruiting process with a clear focus (depending on your individual experience and preference) either on technically challenging IT roles, project management positions, or central business functions and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
• Strategisches Stakeholder-Management: You build a trusting cooperation at eye level with our executives, hiring managers, and HR partners to precisely define needs and fill positions successfully.
• Schnittstelle zu HR Operations: You accompany the transition from job offer to seamless onboarding and work closely and partnership-style with our HR Operations Team.
• Active Sourcing & Netzwerkarbeit: As needed, you identify and contact suitable talents proactively through relevant platforms and build a sustainable network in the communities.
• Prozessoptimierung & Innovation: You actively support the development and optimization of our recruiting processes and drive the use of modern KI tools to increase efficiency in your daily workflow.
• Employer Branding & Kampagnengestaltung: You bring yourself actively into strengthening our employer brand and conceptualize and design targeted recruiting campaigns to address talents specifically.

Qualifikation

• Relevante Berufserfahrung: At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, either in an in-house role or on the side of personnel services or agencies.
• Expertise in modernen Tools & KI: Practical experience in using innovative recruiting technologies and the targeted application of KI tools to optimize your daily work processes.
• Gespür für HR-Trends: You have a good feeling for digital HR trends and enjoy implementing new impulses independently.
• Erste Erfahrung im Employer Branding: First practical experience in conceptualizing and implementing targeted campaigns and measures to position the employer specifically.
• Kommunikationsstärke: You communicate confidently on German and fluently on English, allowing you to move successfully within our global JAKALA network.
