Recruiting Specialist (ABA Therapy) - EST Hours (Remote)

I STA Personnel Solutions South Africa - we are a global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company partnering with a USA-based client in the Healthcare (ABA Therapy) Industry. We are currently seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our dynamic and growing remote team. PLEASE NOTE: Working Hours: This role requires you to work EST hours, Monday - Friday from 9am to 6pm EST (15h00 to 24h00 South African time - subject to change dependent on daylight savings). Internet Requirements: A fixed fiber-optic connection with a minimum speed of 5 Mbps is required. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ABA Therapy industry and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include: • Sourcing and screening candidates for ABA Therapy positions • Conducting phone and video interviews with candidates • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers • Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates alike • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and interview results.
