Tasks

• Support in creating and optimizing job postings
• Sifting and pre-selecting applications
• Conducting first- and second-interviews (remote)
• Structured candidate evaluation and recommendation
• Closely coordinating with the management team
• Support in setting up efficient recruiting processes

Qualification

• Experience in Recruiting / Talent Acquisition / HR

• Very good instinct for people and their potential

• Structured and professional interview guidance

• Self-reliant and independent work style

• Fluent German, English is an advantage

• Project-based collaboration

• Remuneration on hourly or project basis
