Recruiting Manager - High-Tech Engineering Sector

LHH For a structured and organized company, characterized by clear roles and defined processes, in a phase of strong expansion with challenging and ambitious hiring plans, we are looking for the Recruiting Manager. Responsibilities The person sought will be responsible to govern and improve recruitment processes to meet business needs and respect organizational objectives set forth in the industrial plan. Main responsibilities will be: - Define and implement the recruiting strategy in line with company goals - Supervise the entire selection process in representative phases (brief, research channels, interviews, offer management); - Coordinate and guide internal and external recruiter teams, monitoring performance and results; - Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to ensure alignment and satisfaction among different actors involved in the selective process; - Analyze recruiting KPIs and contribute to optimizing processes, tools, and selection channels. Your Profile The person sought must possess the following requirements: - Degree in economic, humanistic or related disciplines; - At least 8-10 years of experience in corporate recruitment, having held a functional leadership role with a track record of managing selective volumes with hundreds of insertions expected annually; - Ability to work under deadlines and in challenging contexts; - Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills; - Professional knowledge of the English language; - Use of ATS tools and Microsoft Office suite; Work location: Rome The contractual offer and remuneration will be commensurate with actual experience and expectations of the selected profile. #LI-VT1 "Candidates are invited to read the privacy information consultable below the form request data page (Regulation EU n. 2016/679)?
