Tasks

• You manage the entire recruiting process – from the initial briefing to successful placement.

• You identify suitable candidates and excite them for our open positions through targeted direct approach.

• You conduct telephone and virtual interviews and get to know the experiences, wishes, and goals of your candidates.

• You assess technical and personal fit and create meaningful candidate profiles.

• You align requirements profiles with our clients and advise them on personnel selection.

• You accompany candidates and clients through the selection process until the employment contract is signed.

• You build a strong candidate network and maintain long-term relationships.

• You develop creative search strategies and contribute your own ideas for improving our recruiting processes.

Qualification

• You have experience in recruiting, active sourcing, or personnel consulting.

• You enjoy approaching people, recognizing their strengths, and showing them suitable perspectives.

• You conduct conversations confidently and can inspire others for professional opportunities.

• You work independently, structured, and keep an eye on multiple recruiting processes simultaneously.

• You are goal-oriented and want to make a visible contribution to team success through successful placements.

• You are proficient in using digital recruiting tools and professional networks.

• You have very good German language skills and communicate convincingly both verbally and in writing.

• You receive a fixed salary of €42,000 gross per year plus a performance-oriented bonus.
