Recruiting Intern (m/f/d)

Makes everything around real estate as easy and transparent as buying an ETF. Whether searching, buying, or financing an apartment. We do this by taking over property management companies across Germany and transforming them into technology companies. In the past two years, we have grown from less than 25 full-time employees at our headquarters to become the third-largest property management company in Germany.

Tasks

• You take responsibility for our recruiting channels (e.g. social media, job platforms, or events) and build them up independently.
• You support our recruiting team in searching, selecting, and caring for candidates for various roles in our HQ.
• You design job postings, test new channels, and conduct initial performance analyses.
• You research talents, conduct initial interviews, and keep track of the applicant management.
• You bring in your own ideas on how we can win the best talents for Buena even more effectively.

Qualification

• German (C2) and good English skills.
• You want to work exclusively from our office in Prenzlauer Berg.
• High level of self-responsibility, reliability, and precision.
• Outstanding social competence and communication strength.
• High learning readiness, ideal as an entry into recruiting.
• You want to take responsibility and work independently in a young, growing company.
