Recruiting Consultant (m/f/d)

As a Recruiting Consultant at PowerUs, you will build a new business area from scratch – not as a small side project, but with real ownership.

You will take over the clients that our sales team has won and will be their central point of contact from closing. You will conduct the onboarding, bring the jobs live, continuously optimize them, and screen incoming applications for your companies. You will be in constant communication with the companies and build strong relationships with both sides – with the companies as well as with the candidates.

💼 Your Tasks

Clients & Onboarding

• You will take over new clients directly from the sales team and become their central point of contact from closing.

• You will conduct the onboarding: You will understand the specific hiring needs and set up the collaboration cleanly.

• You will post the job advertisements, bring them live, and continuously optimize them based on performance and feedback.

• You will be in constant contact with the companies, provide regular updates, and develop the collaboration into long-term partnerships.
  

Applications & Candidates

• You will screen incoming applications and evaluate motivation, experience, and fit for the respective company.

• You will conduct qualification interviews and prepare convincing candidate profiles including CV and summary.

• You will present suitable candidates to the client and manage follow-ups.

• You will build good relationships with both sides and accompany the process until the contract is signed.

Process & Development

• You will manage your processes independently in the CRM and meticulously track all steps.

• You will bring structure to your pipeline, prioritize consistently, and actively drive processes forward.

• You will build processes, tools, and working methods from scratch with us – with the goal of making a new business area scalable.
