Responsibilities

• You build your own communities and actively shape the careers of candidates and teams of your clients.
• You are passionate about our clients and results-orientedly search for the best specialists for their current requirements.
• You manage your projects in a self-organized and self-responsible manner – after a brief check-in with your Team Lead, you start your day.
• You want the best outcome for all parties – fair, sustainable, and professional.
• You are interested in business processes, company developments, and technical contexts in order to speak with clients at eye level.
• And you receive uncapped commissions – so you can fulfill your private goals and dreams.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for technologies, processes, and people – ideally in the environment of DevOps, Cloud, or IT Infrastructure
• First experience in sales, recruiting, or consulting, or the clear will to start there
• Empathy, strong communication skills, and results orientation
• Fluent German in spoken and written form
• Enjoyment of social media, networking, and storytelling – especially on LinkedIn and Xing
