We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Recruiting Assistant to join our team. As a Recruiting Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting our recruitment team in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our growing business. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and interview results • Providing exceptional customer service to candidates and hiring managers • Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies and processes • Collaborating with the recruitment team to identify and prioritize job openings and candidate needs • Maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions. What Do You Need to Succeed? To be successful in this role, you will need to have: • A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
