As a Recruiter at iSpringer, you will take an active role in expanding our network of healthcare professionals and clients, effective immediately or by agreement. You will gain new contacts, develop existing relationships, and contribute directly to our company's growth through your work.

i Springer specializes in temporary staffing and permanent placement in the Swiss healthcare sector. We are a small, dedicated team with short decision-making paths and room for initiative.

Your Tasks

• Active identification, approach, and acquisition of qualified healthcare professionals

• Building and sustainably maintaining a robust candidate network

• Cold calling for new clients and developing long-term client relationships

• Systematic support and retention of acquired professionals and clients

• Implementation of targeted measures to expand our network

• Active participation in shaping and further developing our recruiting area

What You Bring

• Experience in recruiting or a comparable role with active personnel and client acquisition

• Enjoyment in building and long-term maintaining professional relationships

• Structured, reliable, and goal-oriented way of working with a high sense of responsibility

• Initiative and entrepreneurial thinking in line with common goals and strategic guidelines

• Ability to critically reflect on one's own actions, accept feedback, and learn from it

• Professional, convincing demeanor, and persistence in telephone acquisition

• Willingness to support and constructively further develop our processes and company values

• Motivation to take responsibility and contribute to the sustainable growth of our company

What We Offer You

• A permanent position with a workload of 60% (CHF 5000.- at 100%)

• A performance-oriented remuneration model with a base salary and success-dependent commission
