Your Tasks:
- Recruiting is your thing: You take over responsibility for our applicant management system and are as a key user the first point of contact for our large markets
- Writer with an eye for what's essential: You create appealing job postings and ensure targeted publication through suitable channels
- Team player with organizational talent: You support employer branding, HR business partners, and recruiting in organizational and administrative tasks
- Collaborator in HR projects: You bring your ideas and accompany exciting projects from planning to implementation
- Coordinator for a strong start: You plan and accompany the onboarding process internally, so that new employees can quickly find their way and feel well
