- You conduct telephone interviews and presentation meetings with applicants.

Qualification
Professional Experience & Education
- You ideally bring 2-3 years of experience in personnel or recruitment with you.
Communication Skills
- You possess strong verbal and written communication skills.
- You are able to build and maintain relationships with candidates and employees.
Analytical Skills
- You can evaluate application documents and make selection decisions.
- You are familiar with applicant screening methods and interview techniques.
Organizational Skills
- You coordinate multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
- You work carefully and structured.
Tech Knowledge
- You have experience with applicant management systems like Recruitee and HR software.
- You are familiar with social media and online recruiting tools.
Sales & Negotiation Skills
- You present the company and open positions convincingly.
- You possess negotiation skills in salary and contract negotiations.
Learning Readiness
- You are open to new recruiting tactics and industry trends.
