FEEDBACKPEOPLE is a owner-managed consultancy for management diagnostics and leadership development. Our team of consultants, psychologists, and digital experts, distributed throughout Germany, conducts Assessment Centers, Management Audits, and Development Centers and supports executives of renowned companies in training and development programs. We also include GrowInTheRole, our Cologne-based start-up for AI-supported conversation simulations – together we are around 30 colleagues plus working students and interns.

We are growing – and long-term we are looking for someone who finds the right people for us and treats them in such a way that they also want to come. You will be responsible for the entire process from the initial contact to the signing of the contract.

Tasks

Your topics with us

• Recruiting: You will fill our open positions – experienced consultants, back office roles, and positions at GrowInTheRole.
• Active Sourcing: You will actively approach candidates, write job advertisements that sound like us, and build a talent pool.
• Applicant Management: Incoming applications, pre-selection, feedback, scheduling, rejections, and acceptances – everything in JOIN, and no one waits for days for a response.
• Selection Process: You will conduct initial interviews and prepare interviews and selection days together with the respective hiring managers – with the management for consultant positions, our Head of Back Office for back office positions, and the founding team at GrowInTheRole for GrowInTheRole positions.
• Around Recruiting: You will maintain our talent pool and contacts with universities, make us visible as an employer on LinkedIn, and support new colleagues until their first day of work.
• AI Usage: You will use AI tools in sourcing, screening, and applicant communication – we like to try out what works.
• Equipment: Modern notebook and iPhone.

Qualification

What you bring with you

• Several years of recruiting experience: You know how to find and attract experienced consultants and back office staff to a small, fine company – and perhaps you have also filled roles in sales or (technical) product development.
• Routine: You are familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter and JOIN (or a comparable applicant management tool).
• Self-organization: You work independently, prioritize yourself, and keep your promises.
• Language Skills: Very good verbal expression in German and good English skills are desired.
• Judgment: Well-founded assessment and the courage to express it – we are not looking for appointment management, but sparring for the question of who fits us.

• Working Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, flexible – the exact scope is negotiable upwards and downwards.
• Home Office: Possible and practiced. Our office in Greven is open to you, presence is welcome but not mandatory. A larger location in Cologne is currently planned.
