Tasks

Your role
We are growing further and are looking for an experienced Recruiter:in (m/w/d) who, over LinkedIn, specifically targets IT professionals – particularly business informatics graduates – for our company. In addition to the recruiting, you will take on selected HR tasks as a representative of our HR Generalist.

Your tasks

• Active recruitment via LinkedIn (Active Sourcing, Direct Addressing, Talent Pools)
• Development and implementation of targeted search and addressing strategies for IT profiles
• Independent control of the recruitment process: from requirement to contract signing
• Closely coordinated with management and departments on job profiles
• Nurturing and expanding a sustainable candidate network
• Representation of the HR Generalist in absence, e.g. supporting administrative HR topics or accompanying onboarding processes
• Contact person for employees on operational HR matters

Qualification

You should bring this with you

• Mult-year experience in recruitment, ideally in the IT or tech field
• Demonstrable experience in LinkedIn Recruiting / Active Sourcing
• Good understanding of IT roles, particularly in the context of Business Informatics
• Structured, independent, and binding working style
• Communication skills in German (at least C1), English is an asset
• HR Generalist knowledge is a plus, but not a must
