The Rulemapping Group, based in Berlin, stands for innovation at the interface of law and technology. Our mission: to simplify, accelerate and make complex bureaucratic processes comprehensible for everyone. With our unique Rulemapping method and Rule AI, we develop solutions that relieve companies of bureaucratic effort, facilitate access to law for people and rethink administration. Supported by the Federal Agency for Leap Innovations SPRIND, we are shaping the standard for the digitalization and automation of rule-based decision-making processes.

Tasks

• You take full responsibility for the recruiting funnel - from clarifying needs to signing the contract.
• You work closely with the People Department, the responsible VPs and the management and translate hiring needs into concrete search strategies.
• You independently manage the entire application process via Personio and Join.
• You formulate and publish job advertisements on relevant platforms and continuously develop them.
• You conduct active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, where necessary, and other relevant channels to specifically address suitable candidates.
• You build sustainable talent pipelines for different departments - from Engineering to Product to Sales and Customer Delivery.
• You plan and use budgets for Paid Ads to increase reach.
• You conduct structured initial interviews and ensure a professional, appreciative candidate journey.
• You coordinate feedback loops between hiring managers and candidates and keep processes efficient, binding and transparent.
• You ensure that we achieve our ambitious growth goals with the right personalities.

Qualification

• You have several years of experience in end-to-end recruiting - ideally in a dynamic start-up or scale-up environment.
• You are used to recruiting across departments (Engineering, Product, Sales, Legal Engineering, Customer Delivery, etc.).
• You work independently, in a structured manner and with a clear ownership mindset.
• You have sound experience in Active Sourcing, especially via LinkedIn Recruiter.
• You know common applicant management systems (e.g. Personio) and job platforms (e.g. Join).
• You have experience in the SaaS environment - experience in the Legal Tech sector is an additional plus.
• You understand how to formulate job advertisements in a target group-oriented manner and generate high-quality applications.
• You have a strong sense of personalities, willingness to perform and cultural fit.
• You have German language skills at C2 level and English language skills at at least C1 level in spoken and written form.
• You are willing to be present regularly in the Berlin office and work closely with the team on site.
