Do you bring people into conversation, recognize suitable talents, and maintain an overview even with several parallel search processes? At the same time, is personal exchange with the specialist departments important to you?

For a company in the financial services sector in the Cologne/Bonn area, I am looking for a Recruiter (m/f/d) who will independently shape recruiting and further develop it together with the team.

Your Tasks

• You will accompany the entire recruiting process – from aligning the requirements profile and candidate outreach and selection to the hiring decision.

• You will advise the specialist departments on filling their positions and regularly communicate with the responsible managers.

• You will identify suitable candidates through appropriate channels and actively approach them.

• You will conduct interviews, coordinate further selection steps, and ensure binding communication with all parties involved.

• You will use recruiting metrics to assess the effectiveness of measures and initiate improvements.

• You will contribute ideas for the further development of recruiting processes and employer branding.

What You Bring With You

• Experience in recruiting, for example, in a company or in personnel consulting.

• Practical experience in direct sourcing and a good instinct for suitable search methods.

• The ability to question requirements, advise specialist departments, and build sustainable working relationships.

• A structured way of working and reliability in communication.

• Enjoyment of close collaboration and sharing knowledge and experience within the team.

• Experience with commercial positions is helpful; knowledge of the financial services environment is welcome.
