Recruiter/HR Manager Stores (m/w/d)

Burgermeister stands for top-notch burgers, strong brand power and rapid growth. For our People& Culture Team we are looking for a Recruiter (m/w/d) Operations & Stores, who is responsible for the entire recruiting process for our Burgermeister Filialen and actively builds and develops our teams.

Aufgaben

In this role you will be the central point of contact for recruiting and HR management of our Burgermeister Stores with a clear focus on operational recruiting in the gastronomy:

• End-to-End-Recruiting for our operational store roles in the environment – from determining personnel needs to making the final hiring decision.
• Conducting structured recruiting interviews (video & on-site) as well as conceiving and moderating assessment centers, particularly for leadership and key positions.
• Closely collaborating with Store Management, Operations and Management, to fill vacancies efficiently, qualitatively high-quality and practically oriented (Volume Hiring & Quality Recruiting).
• Responsibility for a positive and professional candidate experience along the entire application process.
• Mentoring central HR management topics for Stores & HQ, including personnel administration.
• Advising executives on labor law issues, HR standards and people-&-culture themes as well as supporting in preparing payroll accounting in cooperation with an external payroll office.
• Nationwide presence in our Burgermeister Stores, e.g. for recruiting days, interviews, assessment centers, training and HR accompaniments on-site.

Qualifikation

• You work independently, structured and self-responsible and have fun actively driving your topics forward.
• You communicate clearly, appreciatively and solution-oriented – even when it gets stressful in the operational daily routine.
• You have a completed commercial education with HR focus, an HR further education or a study in the field of personnel / HR.
• You bring several years of experience in recruiting or HR environment – ideally in gastronomy, retail, hospitality or high-volume recruiting.
• Experience with gastromatic or comparable HR/ time recording systems is a plus.
• You are travel-ready within Germany and feel just as comfortable in the office as you do directly in our stores.
• You have a desire to build structures, continuously improve processes and actively shape our company culture.
