Tasks

• Closely working with Hiring Managers to define job profiles and optimize the recruiting strategy
• Developing and implementing creative active-sourcing strategies to identify and win top talent in the construction planning industry
• Directly addressing potential candidates through various channels like LinkedIn, Xing, StepStone & Co.
• Buidling and continuously maintaining a talent pool as well as active relationship management with promising candidates
• Identifying and using innovative tools and methods for effective candidate research and outreach
• Participating in and organizing networking events, university and career fairs to strengthen the employer brand

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in recruiting, ideally within a corporation or staffing agency with a focus on technical professions / engineering
• Creativity and openness for innovative approaches in talent scouting
• Safe handling of sourcing tools, the MS Office package, and ideally SAP SuccessFactors
• High self-initiative, excellent communication skills, and good intuition for people
• Pasison for digital trends such as artificial intelligence in recruiting
• Ocasional willingness to travel within Germany
