Anissa and Yona from the Vivaldis Mechelen Construct office are looking for a colleague to strengthen their team! What does a Career Consultant at Vivaldis do? In this role, you will be responsible for... • Identifying and selecting suitable candidates for job openings; • Conducting interviews with candidates to assess their skills and qualifications; • Presenting job opportunities to candidates and discussing the pros and cons of each opportunity; • Providing guidance and support to candidates throughout the recruitment process; • Maintaining a professional network of contacts within the construction industry; • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments in the construction sector. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a related field; • At least 2 years of experience in recruitment or HR; • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; • Strong organizational and time management skills; • Proficiency in MS Office.
