Recruiter (temporary)

For an important Group located in Piacenza province, we are looking for a Recruiter with good knowledge of the English language. The resource will be inserted into the HR Department and will collaborate with HR Business Partners to handle the following activities: Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define selection needs, publish job postings and coordinate the entire recruiting process; Perform active sourcing, screening CVs and first interview with candidates; Organize and manage recruitment events; Develop and maintain relationships with potential candidates and clients; Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor market trends and be able to analyze data to inform recruitment strategies.
