About the Role

As a Recruiter, Tech & Business (m/f/d), you will staff our Engineering, Product, and Operations teams at the Buena HQ in Berlin. Part of our corporate strategy is to build additional revenue streams beyond the core business of property management and to map these intuitively in our software. For this, we hire new employees in the Ops and Engineering departments every month. Currently, Pepe (Phil Weimann) is responsible for our recruiting. Together with him, you will expand the HQ recruiting.

Responsibilities

• You will independently develop and execute recruiting strategies: From the kick-off and defining the ideal profile to the interview questions, you will lead the entire process.

• You will independently source top talent via LinkedIn and alternative channels and build your own pipelines from day one.

• You will guide candidates from initial contact to the signed offer. With a first-class candidate experience

• You will be a close sparring partner for hiring managers: You will refine requirements, provide market feedback, and address issues directly.

• You will build recruiting processes and programs, such as targeted outreach campaigns, evaluation schemes, and dashboards.

You're a fit if you

• Have over two years of full-time work experience in recruiting in a VC environment.

• Have a strong interest in state-of-the-art tooling and people.

• Are highly ambitious.

• Speak German natively.
