Your Role with us:
Recruiting & Stellenbesetzung: First point of contact for departments, intake of demand messages, and control of the recruiting process until contract signing for qualitative staffing of open positions.
Quality of Hires: Ensuring high-quality hires through structured recruiting methods with a focus on successful probation periods and long-term binding.
Responsibility & Decision-making: Preliminary decision proposals for candidates in coordination with departments, as well as action within the agreed budget framework.
Process Optimization & Tools: Analysis and further development of recruiting processes, as well as administration of the used recruiting tools.
Costs & Transparency: Cost control in recruiting, as well as creation of informative key figures and reports.
Your Profile:
Several years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition
Demonstrable experience with performance-based recruiting
Very good knowledge in: Scale-Up / Top-Grading Methods, Recruiting- and Communication Techniques, Recruiting Tools (ideally Recruittee)
Basic knowledge of labor law and data protection
Analytical thinking, structured work style, high self-responsibility
Learner's willingness and openness to new tools and methods
Very good German language skills (C1 or higher)
