Your Role with us:

• Recruiting & Job Placement: First point of contact for departments, intake of demand messages, and control of the recruiting process until contract signing for qualitative job placement.

• Quality of Hires: Surety of high-quality hires through structured recruiting methods with a focus on successful probationary periods and long-term binding.

• Responsibility & Decision-making: Preliminary decision proposals for candidates in coordination with departments, as well as action within the agreed budget framework.

• Process Optimization & Tools: Analysis and further development of recruiting processes, as well as administration of the implemented recruiting tools.

• Costs & Transparency: Cost control in recruiting, as well as creation of informative key figures and reports.

Your Profile:

• Several years of experience in recruiting / talent acquisition

• Demonstrable experience with performance-based recruiting

• Very good knowledge in: Scale-Up / Top-Grading Methods, Recruiting- and Communication Techniques, Recruiting Tools (ideally Recruittee)

• Fundamental knowledge of labor law and data protection

• Analytical thinking, structured work approach, high self-responsibility

• Learning readiness and openness to new tools and methods

• Very good German language skills (C1 or higher)
