We are building a strong team in Guadalajara and are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist who can help us find, screen, and organize high-quality candidates for multiple roles inside our agency. About the Role We are looking for a recruiter who can help us identify and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, employee referrals, and professional networks. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR, with a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry. Responsibilities: • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs. • Source and screen candidates for multiple roles within the agency. • Build relationships with potential candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop interview plans. • Conduct interviews, assess candidate fit, and make recommendations for hire. • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding employment and recruitment. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR. • Strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and its trends. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus.
