You will shape the growth of our Sales Team together with our People Lead.

• End-to-end recruiting with a focus on sales positions (Pre-Sales & Sales Manager, supporting other roles)
• Active sourcing as a core task: targeted direct approach via LinkedIn Recruiter & other channels
• Screening applications and conducting initial interviews
• Building and maintaining a warm talent pool
• Close collaboration with the hiring managers in the Sales Team
• Creation and ongoing optimization of job advertisements
• Participation in recruiting campaigns (multi-channel postings, social media)
• Recruiting ops in Personio: clean process, clear figures, reliable reporting
• Depending on capacity: support with other people topics

• Min. 1 year of experience in recruiting, with demonstrable practice in active sourcing
• Ideally, experience in sales recruiting or in a competitive, fast-paced environment
• Proficient in using LinkedIn Recruiter and common sourcing tools
• You have a good feel for people and their motivations and are a confident negotiator
• You can keep track of multiple open positions simultaneously
• Fluent German (our company language), good English is an advantage
• Experience with Personio or a comparable ATS is a plus
