Your Tasks

• Active Sourcing over LinkedIn, XING and other digital channels to identify suitable professionals.

• Erstansprache und Vorqualifizierung of candidates through telephone and written exchange.

• Führung strukturierter Interviews to evaluate motivation, willingness to change and professional fit.

• Steuerung des gesamten Recruiting-Prozesses from search to contract signing.

• Beratung unserer B2B-Kunden on candidate profiles, market feedback and process speed.

• Aufbau und Pflege von Talentpools, networks and long-term candidate relationships.

Your Profile

• Experience in Recruiting, Active Sourcing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Service or Personnel Consulting, alternatively motivated Quereinstieg (m/w/d).

• Besides a background as Recruiter (m/w/d), Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d), Personnel Consultant (m/w/d), Sales Representative (m/w/d), Customer Advisor (m/w/d), Store Manager (m/w/d) or from Hotellerie, Gastronomie und Versicherung.

• Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeit, binding appearance and absolute joy in telephone and digital approach.

• Hunger auf Erfolg, Abschlussstärke und Eigenmotivation – You want to achieve something and have a very good sense for people and situations.

• Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in word and writing for communication with candidates and decision-makers.
