Hypertrics is a fast-growing HR tech platform based in Essen that supports medium-sized companies and corporations in the targeted, sustainable filling of open positions – from specialists to management level. For our Permanent Recruiting/Direct Placement department, we are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (m/f/d) as soon as possible, who not only manages processes but actively shapes them – and builds a high-performing recruiting unit with us.

Your Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruiting: Complete, self-responsible management of the entire recruiting process – from mandate acquisition and requirements analysis through active sourcing, candidate interviews, and suitability assessment to presentation to the client and final hiring

• Active Sourcing: Proactive, target-group-specific candidate outreach via LinkedIn, XING, and other relevant channels – strategically, reliably, and with a clear eye for potential

• Mandate Management: Independent management of own search mandates in close coordination with management and our clients – with a full overview of timelines, candidate status, and closing probability

• Candidate Care: Professional, empathetic support of candidates throughout the entire process – as a reliable point of contact until successful contract signing

• Job Ads & Sourcing Strategies: Development of target-group-specific sourcing strategies, as well as creation, placement, and continuous optimization of job advertisements

• Structure Building: Active participation in shaping and further developing our recruiting unit – including methods, processes, and operational know-how 

Your Profile

• Education: Completed commercial vocational training or a degree – ideally with a focus on HR, sales, or communication

• Work Experience: Initial to several years of practical experience in recruiting is essential – ideally from an HR consultancy, headhunting agency, or personnel service provider; you know how direct placement works, understand the pressure behind mandates, and possess the necessary skills

• Process Understanding: You have already independently gone through the complete recruiting cycle – from requirements analysis, active sourcing, and interviews to candidate presentation and closing support

• Communication Skills: Excellent German and good English skills – confident, convincing demeanor at all levels and in any conversational situation

• Work Approach: Structured, precise, and with a high demand for quality and reliability – you maintain an overview even with parallel mandates

• Personality: Sociable, self-motivated, and with genuine intrinsic motivation – you actively drive processes forward instead of waiting for them
