Tasks
Your impact at us
- End-to-End Recruiting: You take over the complete process – from identifying talents to sourcing and qualified pre-selection.
- Active Sourcing: You don't wait for applications. You find talents actively in networks and databases and excite them about our customers.
- Quality Check: You conduct intensive first interviews and check skills, motivation, and cultural fit, so that our customers only have to conduct final interviews.
- Process Optimization: You advise our customers (SMEs) on structuring their onboarding plans and HR processes.
- Partner Status: You act at eye level with the CEOs and department heads of our customers.
Qualification
You bring this with you
- Experience: You have extensive experience in recruiting, ideally in RPO or an agency.
