Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders)

We are opening a new, central position in our team: a person who understands recruiting not as a task, but as a craft and a lever for company success. You will take responsibility for filling roles across all functions and seniority levels – from specialist experts to management positions – while actively shaping how talent acquisition continues to grow with us structurally and strategically.

We are looking for someone who has already arrived in recruiting – with sound practical experience, a clear understanding of the mechanics of good processes, and the ambition to actively shape the field. You will move confidently between operational excellence and strategic foresight, between speed and precision, between consulting and clear communication with stakeholders up to C-level.

What you will drive

Operational Responsibility

• End-to-end ownership of diverse recruiting processes – different functions, different levels, different challenges

• Sparring partner for Hiring Managers, Leadership, and C-Level – from clarifying requirements to the final decision

• Structured, competence-based interview management with a high demand for quality and fairness

• Active market engagement through targeted sourcing

• A candidate experience that impresses even under time pressure

Strategic Ownership

• Shaping the Talent Acquisition department in close coordination with the Head of – structurally, process-wise, strategically

• Full responsibility for the recruiting funnel: defining KPIs, increasing conversion rates, identifying bottlenecks, consistently refining processes

• Building strategic talent pools for profiles that are repeatedly in demand

• Development of active search strategies

• Responsibility for recruiting tools and systems – from selection to optimization

• Building external partnerships that make our recruiting more effective

WHAT YOU BRING

• Practical recruiting experience, ideally already across multiple functions and seniorities

• A sharp understanding of structured, data-driven recruiting processes and active sourcing

• Confidence and negotiation skills in dealing with demanding stakeholders up to executive management

• The ability to simultaneously dive deep into operational tasks and maintain a strategic overview

• Resilience and a cool head when multiple critical searches are under pressure simultaneously

• An analytical view of funnels, KPIs, and process quality

• Commitment, consulting strength, and the courage to make even uncomfortable recommendations

• Very good German and English language skills
