Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead

We’re looking for a driven Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead who can help us find, attract, and hire exceptional talent that shares our purpose. About Hadley Designs Hadley Designs is a family-founded, female-led brand that’s redefining play. We make award-winning creative play kits and activity books that are sold in over 1,000 stores across the US and Canada. We’re a small but mighty team of dedicated, passionate people and we’re looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead to help us grow. What you’ll do: * Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to offer. * Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. * Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events. * Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. * Manage the candidate experience, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for all candidates. * Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates. * Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition. * Promote Hadley Designs’ employer brand and values. What you’ll bring: * 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment. * Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. * Experience sourcing and attracting top talent through various channels. * Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. * Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. * Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. * Passion for Hadley Designs’ mission and values.
