Responsibilities: * Source, screen, interview, and select top talent for various open positions within DXFactor. * Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored solutions. * Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and develop effective job descriptions. * Conduct pre-employment assessments and background checks as needed. * Ensure all recruitment processes are compliant with local laws and regulations.
