BRAINFIELD , Specialized Company in Search and Selection of Middle and Top Management Profiles, is seeking for its own client company RECRUITER SPECIALIST What you will do The candidate will manage the recruitment and selection process by taking a proactive approach to meet the clients' needs. Specifically, the activity includes: Autonomous management of the entire selection process: publishing job postings, inviting candidates, conducting individual or group interviews; Presenting the selected candidates to the client company; Coordinating with the client company's HR department to finalize the hiring process; Maintaining a high level of professionalism and discretion throughout the recruitment process. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have experience in recruitment or a related field.
