As a Recruiter at Figma, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our hiring managers to understand their needs and develop strategies to find the best candidates. You will also be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring that all necessary steps are taken to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
